NWS PROCESS WEIGHING

NWS process weighers consists of either a flap or a radial gate depending on the product flow, NWS 40ltr – 250ltr are fitted with three loadcells and our 300ltr – 800ltr are fitted with four loadcells.

All process weighers comes standard with a NWS GM99-CP1 controller unit and removable doors for the ease of cleaning.

NWS nett weigher packing scales consists of a pre-weigh hopper fitted with three loadcells, depending on speed and product caracteristics, the NWS nett weigher can be supplied with a gravity feeder, single/double screw feeder
or a belt feeder, with a non-walk around support frame.

pre-weigh hoppers fitted with three loadcells on each weigher, depending on speed and product caracteristics, the NWS nett weigher can be supplied with gravity feeders, single/double screw feeders or a belt feeders, with a heavy duty walk around support frame.

NWS GROSS WEIGHER
PACKING SCALE

NWS gross weigher packing scales does not have a preweigh hopper, the gross weigher is designed for bulk bags (50kg – 80 kg), therefor the bags weigh on the bag clamp unit. This NWS gross weigher is slightly slower that the NWS nett weigher packing scales, but can also be supplied with a gravity feeder, screw feeder or belt feeder.

BULK BAGGING SCALE

NWS bulk bagging units are specially designed for 1/2 ton bags and for 1 ton bags, it consists of either a gravity gate feeder, screw feeder or a belt feeder.
There four hooks to keep the bag in place, to insure the
product are spreaded evenly into the bag.

NWS GM99-CP1 CONTROLLER UNIT

NWS GM99 – CP1 HMI high speed Controller unit is built into a mild steel enclosure, including external relay boards to switch inputs and outputs.

This Controller offers advanced communication options, including RS232/485 for real-time ASCII data Transmission, and both Modbus RTU and TCP for robust industrial networking

NWS GC2 CK IN-LINE
CHECK WEIGHER

NWS in-line check weigher is desighned to be installed either inline
of the stitching conveyor or at the end of the stitching
conveyor.
